    1. Should city or town records be checked for business names of record owners?
    2. Should grantor and grantee indices also be examined under the unincorporated business name of a record owner as, for example, "Sunnydale Farms"?

RECOMMENDATION:
    1. No.
    2. Yes, if the name is used as grantee in an instrument.
